REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years communication and media planning and buying, with experience in brand strategy desired
- Prior Media Agency Experience or having served as a client-side media lead role
- Strong project management leadership skills
- Demonstrated deep understanding of consumer goods category
- Excellent consulting skills and ability to influence effectively

Position Summary:
- The MIM Manager is expected to lead the media agencies and build partnerships that drive Air Care (Glade) business growth
- Major areas of focus within MIM include:
- Media (Vision, Strategy, Planning and Execution)
- End-to-end media strategy across the consumer journey (including retail media)
- Organizational governance and continuous improvement
- External Media Partnerships
- Media AOR management, in partnership with NACB MIM team and the Agency Management team
- Manage and optimize the impact of media budget in partnership with brand owners
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive media innovation, leveraging tactics that put Glade on the cutting-edge, driving leadership in the category and for the organization
- Drive audience-led strategies delivering enhanced brand performance and measurable impact across the full media-to-cart plan
- Elevate all media while increasing impact of digital, retail media, and emerging platforms, embracing a test-and-learn mentality
- Create and manage organizational governance of media principles and best practices, upskilling the organization
- Ensure media effectiveness by establishing and delivering KPIs in partnership with Analytics
- Contribute to brand growth by improving marketing effectiveness
- Challenge agencies and teams to deliver integrated, consumer-centric plans
- Partner with brand teams to build briefs addressing consumer and human problems
- Identify opportunities for Joint Business Partnerships (JBPs) and strategic alliances, including retail-media JBPs
- Govern media plan delivery, stewardship of investments, plans, and inventory with agency support
- Work with marketing to evolve content strategies aligned with moments of receptivity across the purchase path
- Ensure content fit-for-purpose across digital tactics
- Coordinate with agencies (PR, Influencer, Creative) and advise on integrated communication strategies
- Foster media evolution, learning, and capability training within the team
Location: REMOTE
Hours: Flex time with core hours of 9AM – 3PM (8 hours daily, consistent schedule)
Conversion Planning: Maternity coverage. Visibility to other roles may lead to future opportunities.
