Job description

IntelliChief is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to join our small but impactful team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working 100% remotely, you will be instrumental in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on content creation, LinkedIn engagement, email marketing, trade show management, and key digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:Serve as a primary contributor to our content marketing efforts by writing engaging and informative content such as blog posts, website copy, social media updates, emails, case studies and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media (primarily LinkedIn): Develop and execute our LinkedIn strategy, including content creation, community engagement, and lead generation activities.
  • Email Marketing:Plan, create, and deploy effective email marketing campagins to nurture leads, promote content, and drive engagement.
  • Trade Show & Event Management: Take a hands-on approach to managing our participation in industry trade shows and events, including pre-show promotion, booth logistics, on-site engagement, and post-show follow-up.
  • Website Management: Oversee and contribute to the maintenance and updates of the company website to ensure content is current, optimized, and aligned with marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Support the implementation and management of digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Implement and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content, social media, email marketing, event activities, and digital marketing efforts, providing insights for optimization.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the sales team and systems support to ensure alignment and effective lead flow.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated to assigned projects, including trade shows and content creation.
  • Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), email marketing, digital marketing, and B2B marketing.

Qualifications

  • YOU MUST RESIDE IN THE EASTERN TIME ZONE OF THE UNITED STATES TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
  • A bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on content creation and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to write compelling and effective marketing content for various channels.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing a company's LinkedIn presence and executing engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with trade show and event coordination.
  • Understanding of SEM and retargeting principles and a willingness to contribute to campaign management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong overall oral and written communication skills with the ability to analyze and present results to a group.
  • Possess a strong business ethic based on honesty, integrity, and a sense of urgency.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Exeprience working with external agencies on digital marketing activities.
