Job summary

Presence From Innovation LLC is seeking a Manager of Inside Sales Support in Hazelwood, MO. This leader will guide the Client Relations / Inside Sales Support team to deliver proactive, high-quality support to Sales while aligning closely with Operations.

The role focuses on establishing processes, ensuring timely communication of customer requirements, and driving alignment between Commercial and Operations to support customer commitments and new business launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or related roles, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading and developing a customer-facing or sales-support team.
• Strong understanding of the order-to-delivery process within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and other functions.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Infor SyteLine/CSI experience is a plus.
• Strong technology orientation with an interest in using automation and AI to improve productivity and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Client Relations / Inside Sales Support team.
• Establish clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, and service expectations for the team.
• Balance workloads and account assignments to ensure appropriate support for key accounts and new business development.
• Establish consistent processes and expectations across the team while promoting accountability, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
• Develop team capabilities through training, cross-training, performance management, and ongoing development.
• Ensure Key Account Managers have strong internal support for customer relationships and growth.
• Coordinate internal resources for new business opportunities from initial opportunity through launch.
• Monitor significant customer projects and opportunities, escalating risks or requirements as needed.
