Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business process improvement, transformation, ERP, operational excellence, or cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Infor SyteLine/CSI within a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Understanding of processes across order entry, planning, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, shipping, costing, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority business transformation and strategic initiatives identified by executive leadership from assessment through implementation and measurable results.
• Evaluate end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for standardization.
• Serve as a cross-functional problem solver, owning complex issues spanning multiple departments.
• Develop and implement improved processes with clear ownership, procedures, and performance measures.
• Drive consistency and adoption of best practices across units while allowing necessary flexibility.
• Leverage Infor SyteLine/CSI and related systems to improve processes, data integrity, workflow, and decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate spreadsheets, duplicate data entry, and manual reconciliations through system improvements.
• Partner with leaders to ensure solutions address root problems rather than symptoms.
• Establish KPIs and measures to quantify impact of transformation initiatives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and remove roadblocks; report progress to leadership.
• Support change management, training, and ongoing process ownership to sustain improvements.
