Job summary

Meta's LINCS organization seeks a senior manager to lead the Security and Compliance team for infrastructure across data centers, facilities, labs, and networks. You will guide engineers and specialists, set strategy, and manage a portfolio spanning Meta's infrastructure.

The role emphasizes building a leadership bench, owning security architecture, regulatory assurance, and risk management across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, and environmental controls, while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of infrastructure security, network security, enterprise compliance, or telecommunications security.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams including senior ICs and leads.
• Experience owning a security or compliance program end-to-end in large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for infrastructure security and compliance, and report posture, audit readiness, and risks
• Hire, develop, and retain engineers and specialists, build a leadership bench, and own team health, including performance and engagement
• Oversee security architecture, product and design reviews, vulnerability management, threat detection, incident readiness, physical security, and risk governance
• Lead compliance and regulatory assurance across SOX, SOC 2, ISO, IT asset disposition, physical/environmental controls, and subsea systems
• Prioritize the portfolio against operational risk, growth, regulatory deadlines, and team capacity
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on security and compliance requirements and resolve risk and resource tradeoffs
• Sponsor tooling, automation, and AI capabilities that scale security coverage
