As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of information technology infrastructure and systems in your areas of responsibility. The IT Manager will be the lead point of contact for troubleshooting companywide IT issues, resolving software and systems issues, and making recommendations on areas of process improvements to IT senior leadership in your areas of responsibility. Your role will involve implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, managing IT hardware/infrastructure, and providing technical leadership support to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements. The IT Manager manages daily functions of assigned areas, ensures continuity of services, and prepares long and short range goals of your assigned teams. You will identify development opportunities, enhancements, and maintenance priorities for all areas of responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare information technology or relevant field is required.
(5+) years of healthcare IT experience is required. (2+) years of management, supervisory or leadership experience required.
