JetBlue Airways in New York is seeking a Manager of Inflight Entertainment & Onboard Technology to own the end-to-end IFE and connectivity roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams across fleet, design, brand, and tech operations to deliver innovative onboard experiences and ensure successful deployment of features, with strong analytics to guide decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, technology, or aviation management.
• Five(5) years of product development/management experience.
• Two(2) years leading large cross-functional product launches.
• Experience negotiating with external business partners.
• Project management experience with formal methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of commercial airline operations, content management, and related tech.
• Ability to travel up to 30% and work flexible hours.
• Legal work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Own JetBlue's end-to-end IFE/Connectivity roadmap and feature development.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, tech, operations, and partners.
• Establish design practices for Fly-Fi and seatback UX/UI.
• Oversee fleet/product development with multiple internal teams.
• Manage partnerships, titles, and onboard merchandising using analytics.
• Monitor SLAs, contracts, and performance with business partners.
• Ensure timely, on-budget delivery aligned with customer experience goals.
• Drive budget planning and forecasts with FP&A; optimize CAPEX/OPEX.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and grow ancillary revenue.
• Define success metrics and report customer engagement and platform trends.
• Evaluate emerging tech (AI analytics, personalization) for onboard products.
• Support crewmember development and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
