JetBlue is seeking a Manager of Inflight Entertainment & Onboard Technology to own the end-to-end IFE and connectivity roadmap. You will lead cross-functional teams across Fleet, Design, Brand, Tech Ops, and FP&A to implement best-in-class IFE and Fly-Fi features, partner with external providers, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance the customer experience onboard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Aviation Management or a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years' experience in product development/management or related field.
• Two years' experience leading large cross-functional product launches and teams.
• Experience managing and negotiating with external business partners.

Responsabilités

• Own JetBlue's end-to-end IFE and onboard tech feature roadmap across seatback and Fly-Fi platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Fleet, Design, Brand, Tech Ops, FP&A and Sourcing to outfit aircraft with IFE/Connectivity products.
• Oversee partnerships, budgets, and analytics to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Drive design, UX/UI optimization, and feature adoption through data-driven insights and KPI management.
• Ensure timely, on-budget deployments of onboard technology across fleet and platforms.
