Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Manager In Training for the Spa/Rooms Division to support daily operations and leadership development. This program places you in hotel-wide departmental rotations, preparing you to advance to an Assistant Manager role based on demonstrated ability and performance.

Candidates should have a college education in hotel or business administration and strong communication skills. A Maui Liquor Card is preferred to support operating needs.

• College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.

Manager In Training – Spa/Rooms Division

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Spa/Rooms Division leadership team. This role is part of theRooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Director of Rooms. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home departmentplacement's, with the goalto bepromoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

What You Will Bring
