Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, located in Surfside near Miami Beach, offers a 12–18 month rotational program to fast-track future leaders. You will gain hands-on operational exposure, training, and management experiences while paired with a buddy and a mentor.

The program provides structured feedback and access to a peer network. Strong presentation, time management, and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.

An icon in the Miami Beaches, located near Sunny Isles, this beachside hotel brings a new era of luxury, with celebrated dining and a world-class spa, to its Surfside shores.

What You Bring

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions. Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate all computer equipment necessary to perform the job; knowledge of Micros, and Microsoft Office preferred/is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.

Schedule & Hours
