Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials via sales, inventory/cash controls, marketing and P&L responsibility.
• Build a winning team using recruiting tools and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to meet business needs.
• Set an example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
