Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Rocky Point, NY is seeking a Manager in Training I to lead and develop store teammates while ensuring smooth operations and guest service.

As a Manager in Training you will oversee training, attendance, safety and uniform standards, participate in store safety and policy meetings, and prepare for future leadership opportunities within our expanding network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience, automotive experience is a plus.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory and cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
