Qualifications

• 3+ years retail management experience.
• Proven ability to drive P&L results.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store financials through sales, inventory and cash controls, marketing and guest satisfaction.
• Build a winning team via recruiting, interviewing and retention strategies.
• Create and manage Teammate schedules to meet business needs.
• Set a standard for guest service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds in good condition.
