Job Description

This role provides a pathway to a management position through comprehensive training across multiple departments such as Production and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations for a branch located in Columbus, OH.
• Learn and support responsibilities across Production, Sales Operations, and other related divisions.
• Participate in on‑site and office activities required for branch operation excellence.
• Travel for training as needed, typically less than 20% of the time.
• Relocate for permanent assignment if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Preferably with prior operations‑management experience in the building‑materials or construction industry.

Physical Requirements

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 (actual offer based on experience and qualifications)
