Job Overview

This position offers an opportunity to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals, with comprehensive training in production, sales operations, and related branches.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience needed for promotion to a management position.
• Undergo comprehensive training in departments such as production, sales operations, and other areas of the insulation business.
• Learn and manage all aspects of running a branch operation.
• Operate within the physical location of Nashua, NH.
• Participate in travel and relocation required for training and permanent assignment as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Operations management experience, preferably in building materials or construction‑related industry.

Physical Requirements

Work performed in both office and field environments, requiring standing, walking on uneven ground (construction sites), bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Regular travel between locations and job sites is also necessary.
