Responsibilities

• Gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under the direction of experienced professionals.
• Complete comprehensive training covering duties in Production, Sales Operations, and other related departments as it pertains to our insulation business.
• Be open to learning new concepts, willing to take chances, and interested in learning every aspect of running a branch operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction management or distribution services.
• Operations Management experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and relocate for a permanent assignment as needed.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including standing, walking on uneven ground, bending, lifting under 25 lbs., and traveling between locations.

Location

Aurora, Colorado. Must be willing to travel for training and may need to relocate for permanent assignment.

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00. The actual base salary will vary based on relevant factors.
