Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position under experienced professionals.
• Receive comprehensive training in Production, Sales Operations and other areas related to our insulation business.
• Learn all aspects of running a branch operation.
• Travel as needed for training (less than 20% of the time) and relocate for permanent assignment as required.
• Work from the Roanoke, VA office and perform field operations.
• Preferably have operations management experience in the building materials or construction industry.

• Valid driver’s license required if operating a company vehicle.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of experience in construction management or distribution services.

Compensation Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
