OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Oklahoma City seeks a Manager in Training to oversee daily store operations and help achieve sales goals. You will support the management team and drive training initiatives, with a focus on customer service and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, local store marketing, and developing team performance to deliver consistent guest experiences. Must be 18+, with ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain certification.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

WINNIN’
