Job summary

Dunkin' franchisee OKD Management is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee overall operations, local store marketing, and drive sales and profit goals. You'll support the Restaurant Management Team and coaching for team members.

This role emphasizes training, time management, guest service, and a strong commitment to community involvement. You need at least six months in retail/restaurant/hospitality management, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it, and you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong time management, attention to detail and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall store operations as a Manager in Training.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified

• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
