Job summary

OKD Management dba Dunkin' & Baskin Robbins in Edmond, Oklahoma, is seeking a Manager in Training to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and support a busy, customer‑facing environment.

You’ll work with the Restaurant Management Team to improve performance, engagement, and training, and participate in local store marketing while ensuring guest satisfaction and fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and work toward sales and profit goals.
• Support the Restaurant Management Team and teammates through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Contribute to local store marketing and maintain a high standard of guest service.

WINNIN’

• You have at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
• ServSafe certified or able to get certified
• You are 18 years of age (or higher, per applicable law).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional time management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
