Serenity Healthcare seeks a Manager in Training to accelerate your healthcare business acumen. Through hands-on rotations across clinic roles and mentorship, you’ll build leadership skills to scope, coordinate, and grow clinic operations.

As a key liaison with patients, you’ll promote advanced treatment options, support patient experience, and learn to lead teams while mastering the EHR system and data‑driven decision making. This role requires relocation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role or pursuing a business-related field of study.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve patient or customer concerns while maintaining confidentiality.

• Rotations: Engage in immersive 1-3 month rotations across various clinic positions, gaining comprehensive knowledge and leadership skills

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or currently pursuing a business‑related field of study, demonstrating your aptitude for leadership and team management
• Showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills, maintain confidentiality and effectively resolve common patient or customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Embrace a patient‑centric culture while demonstrating a genuine passion for driving business growth and achieving organizational objectives
