Job summary

North Central Tan, LLC seeks outgoing leaders to manage day-to-day salon operations in Bel Air, MD. Base salary is $32,500 per year with uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales and a bonus program based on store performance.

You will build a high-performing sales team, achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas, and deliver exceptional customer service while cultivating long-term relationships and promoting local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Two+ years of management experience or equivalent combination.
• One+ years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability incl. nights & weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor, hiring, development and retention.
• Meet team and individual sales quotas daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date client billing records, including delinquent accounts reconciliation.
• Keep salon clean and organized.
• Cash handling, opening/closing the business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Base Salary of $32,500 a year.
