Job summary

North Central Tan, LLC is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to represent the brand, develop sales teams, and deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client relationships. MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team.

A commission program can boost earnings beyond base pay. Base Salary of $32,500 a year with a bonus program based on store performance and uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Two or more years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meet team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively build loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increase customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.

Base Salary of $32,500 a year.
