Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Fargo, ND is seeking outgoing, energetic leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, provide our clients with exceptional customer service, and cultivate long-term customer relationships.

MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team, with a bonus program based on store performance and uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• 2+ years of management experience or equivalent.
• 1+ years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, walk 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
