Job summary

North Central Tan, LLC is seeking outgoing managers to lead daily salon operations, grow sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in a commission-driven environment.

Base salary is $32,500 per year with bonus based on store performance and uncapped commissions up to 15% of total sales. MITs will complete a comprehensive training program to prepare for a position on our Management Team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One or more years of face-to-face sales experience.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights & weekends.
• Friendly, competitive drive to meet sales goals.
• Polished professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Managing all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention.
• Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers.
• Increasing customer traffic through local store marketing.
• Maintaining up-to-date client billing records, including tracking and reconciling delinquent accounts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
