Ladders is seeking a Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to join our team in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role translates business needs into analytics requirements and reporting solutions to improve decision-making across the organization.

Remote within the US, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, build scalable Power BI assets, promote governed self-service analytics, and drive data governance to optimize reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive analytics adoption.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business concepts.
• Experience with big-box retailers and point-of-sale data is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead the translation of business needs into analytics requirements and reporting solutions that improve decision-making across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define priorities, standardize metrics, and strengthen governed self-service analytics in a retail-facing environment. The position also focuses on building scalable Power BI assets, improving reporting efficiency, and helping teams adopt consistent data practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000+ annually
