Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Manager for Home Center Analytics Enablement to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions, owning metrics and governing reusable assets to improve portfolio performance and profitability.

In partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, Demand Management, Engineering and BI teams, you will define requirements, validate data, promote self‑service analytics, and train users while traveling occasionally to support strategy and site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant analytics experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, semantic modeling, and DAX.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, data lakes or cloud data platforms.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence and data quality discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics reporting, KPIs, data lineage, governance and standardized metrics.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards and reports.
• Translate business needs into scalable source‑to‑report solutions with cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Demand Management, Engineering and BI teams to prioritize analytics use cases.
• Promote self‑service analytics through training and governed data practices.
