Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to join our team in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role translates business needs into analytics requirements and reporting solutions to improve decision-making across the organization.

Remote within the US, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, build scalable Power BI assets, promote governed self-service analytics, and drive data governance to optimize reporting efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in business analytics or business intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including semantic model design and DAX.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive analytics adoption.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business concepts.
• Experience with big-box retailers and point-of-sale data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics priorities and key performance indicators
• Own and standardize metric definitions and reporting conventions for consistent data use
• Build and maintain scalable Power BI models, reports, and dashboards
• Integrate data from various systems in partnership with data owners and BI
• Consolidate reporting to reduce manual preparation and enhance analytics solutions
• Train users on Power BI and promote governed self-service analytics
