MasterBrand Cabinets LLC seeks an Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions. You will lead Power BI semantic models, ensure data governance, and partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize analytics roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data science, computer science, information systems, or a related field is required.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong record of delivering analytics solutions that support business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI is required, including semantic model design, dimensional modeling, Power Query, DAX, performance optimization, and report development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics lead, translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Finance, Demand Management, Engineering, BI partners, and data owners to define analytics priorities and use cases.
• Own metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting standards to promote trusted information.
• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards using dimensional modeling and DAX.
• Analyze and integrate data from ERP, PIM, financial systems, and retailer POS sources.
• Identify and consolidate duplicative reporting and migrate analyses toward governed, reusable analytics solutions.
• Enable governed self-service analytics through training and documentation.
