MasterBrand, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Home Center Analytics Enablement to translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions. You will own metrics, govern semantic models, and deliver dashboards across functions.

This remote US role requires 5–10 years of experience, advanced Power BI skills, and the ability to partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. Occasional travel may be required.

Competenze

• 5–10 years of experience in business analytics or BI.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and cloud data platforms.
• Strong data quality, validation, and governance mindset.

Mansioni

• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
• Partner with product, sales, finance, and engineering to define analytics priorities.
• Own metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting standards.
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic models and dashboards.
• Analyze data from ERP, PIM, POS, and other systems.
• Promote governance, documentation, and self-service analytics.
• Train users on Power BI assets and analytics methods.
• Stay current with analytics and AI-enabled techniques.
