Ladders is hiring a Sr. BI Developer to shape enterprise BI strategies for Retail & Consumer Goods, driving self-service reporting and analytics across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will design scalable data models, strengthen reporting capabilities, and advance enterprise BI maturity while establishing a Power BI center of excellence in collaboration with business partners. This remote, US-based role offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 7+ years of BI experience, including 2+ years with Power BI.
• 2+ years leading BI teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• End-to-end Power BI solutions experience in complex IT ecosystems.
• Experience in Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain or Finance domains.
• Experience establishing a Power BI center of excellence.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. BI Developer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will shape business intelligence solutions that improve decision-making across the organization and support a more self-service reporting environment.

You will work closely with business partners and technical teams to design scalable data models, strengthen reporting capabilities, and advance enterprise BI maturity.

The position also plays a key role in establishing a center of excellence for Power BI while supporting analytics needs across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,791 – $167,687 annually
