You will collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external providers to create compelling experiences for high-potential talent.

You will manage programs end-to-end, forecast demand, track budgets, and continuously improve based on feedback and data insights.

Formación

• Experience planning and executing leadership development programs.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong program and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Retail industry experience or Home Depot equivalent preferred.
