Job summary

Exelon is seeking leadership to oversee the Green Power Connect – Interconnection organization, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of distributed energy resource interconnections and strong customer focus.

You will lead engineering and design activities, navigate evolving regulatory requirements, drive process improvements, and collaborate across stakeholder organizations to support increasing interconnection volume and complexity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of delivery experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Knowledge of distribution engineering and construction practices.
• Proven leadership ability in a high-performance culture.
• Strong coaching, performance management and development skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
• 9-12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional New Business organization including performance management, hiring and career development.
• Interface with Work Management, C&M and other stakeholders to execute New Business work.
• Interface with external customers including major developers, contractors and other utilities.
• Prepare and monitor budget and achieve financial targets (CIAC collection and cost per unit).
• Develop technical capabilities and respond to regulatory investigations and complaints.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support Corporate EED goals.
• Act as Emergency Response Manager when needed.
