Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or PE license required; extensive engineering experience.
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical systems.
• Knowledge of standards, codes, and engineering practices.
• Minimum 7+ years in professional engineering; leadership preferred.
• PE license or advanced degree reduces experience requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced electric/gas/communications system performance analysis and outages.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies for grid modernization.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for major projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct field inspections and resolve high-impact technical challenges.
