Job summary

Exelon in Baltimore is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic oversight for the Green Power Connect interconnection organization. You will guide engineering and design activities, manage regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements across stakeholder groups to handle increasing interconnection volume.

You will lead the regional New Business team, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with rate policies and customer needs, including emergency response readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of delivery experience with leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated knowledge of distribution engineering/construction practices.
• Proven leadership in a high-performance culture.
• Experience coaching, performance management and developing competencies.
• Ability to drive process improvements within a matrix organization.
• In lieu of degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional New Business organization and budget oversight.
• Interface with Work Management, C&M and other stakeholders.
• Present to external developers, contractors and utilities.
• Monitor performance against cost and reliability targets.
• Develop technical capabilities and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Execute strategic initiatives supporting corporate goals.
• Act as Emergency Response Manager when required.
