Job summary

Exelon in Baltimore seeks an experienced leader to provide strategic oversight for the Green Power Connect – Interconnection organization, ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of distributed energy resource interconnections. You will lead engineering and design activities, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements across key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of delivery experience with 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Knowledge of distribution engineering and construction practices.
• Proven leadership in a high performance culture.
• Strong coaching, performance management and team development abilities.
• Experience with building consensus and navigating a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional New Business organization and performance.
• Coordinate with Work Management, C&M and other stakeholders for New Business execution.
• Interface with major developers, contractors and other utilities; present to external customers and executives.
• Prepare and monitor budgets; achieve CIAC collection and cost targets.
• Respond to regulatory investigations and complaints; support metering/inspections for new business.
• Lead strategic initiatives to support Corporate EED goals and act as Emergency Response Manager when needed.
