Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior leader to provide strategic oversight for the Green Power Connect – Interconnection organization, ensuring safe, efficient, customer-focused interconnections. You will lead engineering and design activities, navigate regulatory requirements, and drive process improvements across stakeholders.

You will also manage the regional New Business organization, monitor performance, and foster relationships with builders, developers and utilities to apply rate policies and meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of delivery experience with 2+ years in leadership.
• 3–5 years in supervisor/manager role recommended.
• Knowledge of distribution engineering and construction practices.
• Proven leadership in high-performance culture.
• Strong coaching, performance management and business development skills.
• Ability to drive results in a matrixed organization; process improvement experience.
• Experience with strategic planning, customer focus and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Green Power Connect – Interconnection organization; drive safe, efficient interconnections.
• Lead engineering and design activities and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Manage regional New Business organization and scorecard, monitor metrics.
• Maintain relationships with builders, developers and other utilities; ensure rate policies.
• Coordinate with Work Management and C&M to meet customer need dates.
• Respond to regulatory investigations and complaints; oversee metering/inspection for new business.
• May work extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies.
