Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager to lead energy analytics strategy for our global data center portfolio. You will guide forecasting, rate design, and capacity planning, while shaping a distributed analytics team and setting standards across the function.

You will develop models forecasting energy usage and costs, quantify exposure to price/volume volatility, and partner with Finance and leadership to drive data-driven decisions at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy analytics or related fields.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Hands-on experience analyzing energy usage data and tariffs.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models for budgeting or capacity decisions.
• Experience scaling an analytical capability rather than inheriting one.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data set handling.
• Strong communication and data visualization skills.
• Experience developing narratives for stakeholders and leading analytics professionals.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and prioritizing competing demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics and related areas.
• Develop ICs and emerging team leads; establish career paths and succession depth.
• Set analytical standards, document models, and govern assumptions and QA.
• Own energy rate and usage analyses for Meta's global data centers.
• Develop and improve models forecasting energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Scale tooling, data pipelines, and reporting for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Finance leadership to surface material exposure shifts.
• Support development of new rate structures across markets and locations.
• Build an energy risk quantification capability and measure exposure to volatility.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
