Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager of Energy Analytics to lead forecasting, cost analysis, and rate design across our global data center portfolio. You will build scalable models, develop leaders, and partner with Finance to quantify energy price and volume risk.

The role drives standards, mentorship, and a proactive analytics culture while managing a geographically distributed team and influencing strategic decisions for energy efficiency and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of energy analytics or related experience across utilities, finance, or energy-intensive industries.
• Experience building forecasting models for budgeting, capacity planning, or investment decisions.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to communicate complex analytics to non-technical leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow a distributed team of energy analysts for data center portfolio analytics.
• Develop forecasting models, cost analysis, and rate design supporting capacity planning.
• Set analytical standards, governance, and QA for outputs used in finance and decisions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership on strategy and risk quantification.
