Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager to lead energy analytics strategy for our global data center portfolio. You will guide a distributed team, develop forecasting models, and inform capacity planning, budgeting, procurement, and rate design across Meta's data centers.

As the portfolio scales, you will set standards, mentor ICs and leads, and partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership to quantify exposure to energy price and volume volatility, while delivering scalable data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in energy/utility or related sectors.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience owning forecasting models for budgeting or capacity decisions.
• Advanced Excel and large data set handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics and forecasting.
• Develop ICs and emerging team leads, establishing career pathways.
• Set analytical standards, model documentation, and QA for outputs used in financial decisions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Finance leadership on rate design and energy risk.
• Build standardized tooling and data pipelines for scalable reporting.
