Job summary

Meta's Infrastructure organization seeks a Manager to lead energy analytics for our global data center portfolio. You will guide forecasting models, analytical frameworks, and capacity planning, while building a distributed, high-impact team and standardizing analytics practices across the organization.

You will also quantify exposure to energy price and volume volatility, design rate impacts analyses, and collaborate with Finance to surface material shifts early.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience analyzing and interpreting energy usage data and tariffs.
• Experience owning forecasting or analytical models used in budgeting or investment decisions.
• Experience growing and scaling an analytical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of energy analysts across data center portfolio analytics and projects.
• Develop forecasting models for energy usage, generation, and cost.
• Set analytical standards, model documentation, and QA for financial decisions.
• Partner with Finance to define analytics and reporting cadence for exposure shifts.
