Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience required.
• 4+ years of process or project management experience.
• PM certification or Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
• 5+ years in process management preferred; 5+ years in project management preferred.
• 2+ years of people management preferred; 1+ year working with product/tech teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance, privacy adherence, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Manage platform migrations and change management across large-scale deployments.
• Own the DORC framework and ensure data governance controls are followed.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to support data product operations and governance.
• Support data stewardship and data scanning remediation to uphold data quality.
