Knowledge: This position requires knowledge of project management, including planning fleet initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing timelines and deliverables, and supporting implementation. Required knowledge also includes leasing and maintenance programs, motor pool operations, fleet and reservation software, fleet GPS systems, lifecycle planning, safety and compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and fleet data reporting.
Abilities: Ability to manage fleet projects, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, analyze fleet data, and administer fleet and tracking systems. Ability to oversee maintenance priorities, preventive-maintenance schedules, vehicle repairs, vendor services, and vehicle availability; maintain accurate records; develop procedures, reports, and training materials; and support safe, compliant, and continuously improving fleet operations.
