Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a public company or public accounting firm.
• Must have SEC Reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.
• Prepare analysis on lease accounting, fixed assets, stock-based compensation and other complex accounting areas.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports to ensure GAAP compliance.
• Assist in quarterly Form 10-K and Form 10-Q and other SEC filings.
• Collaboration in the preparation and tie-out of SEC reporting documents for regulatory compliance.
• Perform technical accounting research and document conclusions on complex transactions.
• Assist in audit schedules and provide support during audits.
• Conduct detailed general ledger analyses to understand activity, trends and variances.
• Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate to respond to inquiries regarding general ledger accounts.
• Perform SOX control activities and document key controls.
• Identify and implement process improvements with management.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and system enhancements.
