Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead SEC filings, consolidate financial statements, and oversee IFRS statutory reporting under US GAAP and SOX controls. This role reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and requires strong technical accounting skills.

You will collaborate with Investor Relations, Treasury, and auditors to validate data, manage XBRL tagging, and support the external audit process. A remote US‑based setup is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• CPA or actively pursuing licensure preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant public accounting or corporate reporting experience.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file SEC forms (10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K) under US GAAP.
• Oversee consolidation and IFRS statutory reporting and SOX controls.
• Coordinate with IR, Treasury, and auditors on financial data validation.
• Review basic/diluted EPS calculations and budget/forecast data.
• Lead XBRL tagging reviews and taxonomy updates.
• Support external audits and perform trend analyses for reporting issues.
