NielsenIQ is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead external financial reporting, SEC filings (10-Q/10-K/8-K), and IFRS statutory reporting, while ensuring SOX controls across the organization.

The role reports to the Director, Financial Reporting and collaborates with Investor Relations, Treasury, and auditors. Requires CPA with 5–8 years in public accounting; knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS; base salary range disclosed; US-remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5–8 years of relevant public accounting experience (Big 4 preferred) in a medium to large international organization.
• Familiarity with US GAAP and IFRS advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and draft SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) under US GAAP.
• Solicit and maintain supporting disclosures for external reporting documents.
• Coordinate with Investor Relations, Treasury, international subsidiaries and auditors.
• Manage IFRS statutory reporting and legal entity financial statements.
• Review EPS and share projections; manage SEC calendar and tie-outs.
• Lead XBRL tagging reviews for SEC filings and monitor taxonomy updates.
• Support SOX internal controls and assist in cross-functional reporting initiatives.
• Research new financial reporting requirements and prepare memos.
