CFS in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting. This fully in-office role focuses on leading SEC filings and external reporting while guiding technical accounting initiatives for a growing public company.

With 8+ years in accounting and CPA considerations, you will drive internal controls and collaborate with executives, auditors, and the board on reporting requirements, governance, and process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with strong SEC and external reporting expertise.
• Experience working within a public company environment.
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
• Prior leadership experience preferred; exceptional Senior Accountants with public company reporting experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC filings and external financial reporting activities.
• Support technical accounting matters and accounting operations initiatives.
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and reporting accuracy across the organization.
• Partner with leadership, auditors, and board-related reporting requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
