Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting to lead the preparation and filing of Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K in a hybrid U.S. environment.

In this high-visibility role, you will partner with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, Legal and business unit CFOs, shaping accounting policies and implementing new standards. You will supervise staff, coordinate with external auditors, and support quarterly earnings materials, with CPA and 6+ years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Public company SEC reporting experience preferred.
• Experience with Workiva and/or OneStream preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
• Oversee Form 11-K reporting and pension plan financial statement audits.
• Manage technical accounting research, policy development, and accounting memos.
• Supervise financial reporting staff and provide leadership to offshore Lease COE team.
• Support quarterly earnings materials in partnership with Investor Relations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee XBRL reporting requirements.

Manager, Financial Reporting

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
