Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required or equivalent.
• CPA certification highly preferred to manage SEC and GAAP considerations.
• 8+ years in accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting.
• 5+ years in public company reporting and SOX compliance.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks).
• Manage external financial reporting and ensure GAAP/SEC compliance.
• Support and enhance SOX 404 compliance and IC programs.
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters.
