Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manager of Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting in Boca Raton, FL to own SEC reporting, technical accounting, and SOX controls in a public company setting.

This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership, ownership of complex accounting matters, and opportunities to drive process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency.

Competenze

• CPA certification is required.
• 8+ years of accounting, financial reporting, and technical accounting experience.
• 5+ years of public company reporting and SOX compliance experience.
• Big Four or national public accounting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks.
• Manage external financial reporting and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Support and enhance SOX 404 compliance and internal control programs.
• Research and document complex technical accounting matters.
• Coordinate external audit activities and support regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Drive process improvements across reporting, controls, and compliance functions.

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
